#AskTheExpert hello mam. my lil one turned 9 months yesterday but still I have not got my periods. is there something to worry??

ExpertDr Sheetal AggarwalObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Hi mom if periods have not started after delivery then first of all rule out pregnancy and if negative then plz consult with your doctor for proper evaluation or for withdrawal bleeding

It happens due to hormone changes
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Take a good care
Take calcium supplements vitamins vitamins protein powder
