#asktheexpert hello mam, my child is 7 mnths old and I'm giving him solid food so how much of water should i give him?

A. yes, you can offer him 30 ml to 45 ml water a day. give 2 meals n 1 snack a day n rest ct breast feeding on demand. t. c
