#AskTheExpert Hello mam my baby not increased weight from last 4 months only height is increasing what should I do to increase weight?? Her weight 12 lbs from last 4 months! and I'm using apetimust syrup when she was 18 months and recently I stopped using it she stopped eating properly tell me solution mam

Give 3 large portions of meals and 2 small snacks in a day. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Good luck and take care,
