#asktheexpert Hello Mam meri daughter 19 month ki h usse potty karne me bahut problem hoti h pressure banati hai but potty ni hota h medicine deti hu to thik rahta h but medicine band karne par usse bahut pressure bana padta iss wajah se wo sahi se diet v ni leti h cow milk deti hu usse kya kru please help me Mam I am too worried about her

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many where the most important causative factor is decrease intake of fiber rich diet along with lesser fluid intake.
some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition.
Here the diet modification should be tried first so encourage fibre diet give fruits and vegetable . Avoid excess of cows or buffalo milk and maida containing food .
Medications likeh lactulose , milk of magnesia and Peg (muout ) powderare used .j
In emergency situation soap water with finger stimulation in rectal area and glycerine suppository can be tried .

constipation issues
keep baby well hydrated and increase the water intake
add fibre rich foods as papaya pear sapota apple
give curd daily
raisin water
