#AskTheExpert hello mam i am trying to conceive for second time but my periods are iregular so can we consider the cycle of 30 days and have contact according to it

A. In case of irregular cycles it is difficult to find out your ovulation.. I don’t think making your cycles as a 30 day cycle and having intercourse during ovulation period Might help as you’re not sure when it will actually happen how intercourse at least on alternate days starting from the 7th day after periods Write Your Answer Here
