#AskTheExpert hello mam I am facing some health issues like whight gain and irregular periods so I desaid testing thyroid test rbs test and results also coming rbs test result is after fasting 8 hours 70-10 and tsh results 0.46-4.68 and t4 -5.53-14.00and t3 result 0.97-1.80 I have a dout mam it's all results are ok are anything I consult the doctor?

Reports look fine
but still it is best to consult your physician
Follow a healthy diet & start exercising
On losing weight. the hormonal cycle improves & periods are back to normal cycle
