All Healthy food you should be eating all kind of vegetables you should eat you should have good amount of really good amount of fruits to go for apart from that avoid anything made up of refined flour fried food I mean avoid as long as you can you can have them once in awhile and if you need to go for a proper diet you should consult a nutritionist
