Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. oil the hair regularly. this is the first step to good hair care. you can use coconut oil on a regular basis. leave the oil for a couple of hours before washing it off with a mild baby shampoo. use castor oil once in a while. don't leave for too long in hair as it tends to cool the body and may cause cold in some babies. give lots of protein rich foods and sufficient water through the day. include all fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet.
