#AskTheExpert Hello mam Good Morning This is Kowsalya Parthasarathi from Trichy, Tamil Nadu. My kid is 5 months old Is Milk + Dates syrup is good combination for babies? ?? Because milk.consists more calcium and dates syrup consists of more iron.. shall we mix together and consume to babies? ???

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. basically don't give both together. as ur baby is 5 month old, start dates after 8 month of age. till than continue feeding or fm till 6 month. tc
