#asktheexpert hello mam am giving my 6 year old bournvita 1 spoon with milk in the morning and 1 spoon pediasure in the evening with milk. his immunity is good with this. is it ok to do so. pl guide

I’ll tell you very honestly that these things that you are giving have very high content of sugar itself so there is no immunity it is going to boot for your child I think pedia sure is still okay but when you talk about giving Bournvita that is nothing just crystallised sugar that’s very unhealthy
