A. you can do yoga n gym. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Do tummy exercises to tighten the skin and muscles around tummy. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
