#AskTheExpert hello mam after delivery i got my periods after 13 months on april just for 2 days what should i do . should i go to the doctor or wait for some tym. plz help or suggest any home remedies my baby is on bm.

A. You may not have periods till a year after delivery if you are breastfeeding It's normal But you can become pregnant even before menses resumes So use proper contraception Sounds normal If in doubt do urine pregnancy test and wait Go to my website Www.familygynaec.com
