आपके बच्चे को दस्त यानी लूज मोशन है जिसके वजह से बच्चे में पानी की कमी हो सकती है इसके लिए जितनी बार दस्त हो उतने बार थोड़ा-थोड़ा बच्चे को ओ.आर.एस (ors) का घोल पिलाई है।
बच्चे को जो खाना दे सकते हैं: इसके अलावा चावल दाल और खिचड़ी पोहा उपमा दलिया नींबू पानी नारियल पानी और एप्पल बनाना और सादा खाना दिया जा सकता है। बच्चे को सब्जी का सूप भी दे सकते हैं.
बच्चे को आप दही और छाछ दे सकते हैं जिसमें नेचुरल प्रोबायोटिक्स होता है।
