shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello the first of all have plenty of water and cut on the junk oily spicy food from your diet have food which is full of fibre and healthy along with the medication as suggested by the doctor you can have curd buttermilk coconut water and you can even have cold milk for heartburn
