shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. yes dear definitely u can if possible u can express ur milk out and store it and someone else can feed ur baby with ur milk or if u want to feed directly take care of hygiene every thing should be sanitize properly and u should be wearing mask and gloves
