#asktheexpert hello, I have missed my periods by 3 days. took my pregnancy test yesterday and it is positive. when is the first ultrasound done?

A. you should do the first sonography after one week of missed period date you can do a bit later also so that cardiac activity can be seen after 7 weeks of pregnancy
