#AskTheExpert hello gd aftrn dr. my baby boy 23 months old he didn't eat food properly so what can we do dr.. plzzz give me a valible suggestion

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom kindly observe if he is having any unnecessary snacks inbetween his meal time and avoid too much of milk if taking as that kills hunger.
Try to change the form of the food served to him and also try to have meals together whenever possible kids learn a lot through observing

Seema shekharMom of 2 children3 years agoA. First of all keep your baby well hydrated. Try to serve variety and serve lower amount. try to eat with him so that he encouge to eat food . make food colourful and serve in colourful plates. make some finger snacks so that he will get habbit yo eat own.
