Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Give a good sun light exposure. Try giving a tablespoon of honey mixed with a pinch of pepper powder to reduce the discomfort. Good luck and take care.
