#asktheexpert Hello Dr., My son is 3 years old. How many teaspoons of ghee can be given to a 3 year old ?

A. Namaste Mom, You can give about 2 to 3 tsp a day that is as per the number of meals , cows ghee is preferable for the baby as well.
