#asktheexpert hello Dr. my query is regarding my son's unusual behaviour, sometimes he tries to slap his own head with both the hands, for some seconds, Dr. is this normal ? he is doing it occasionally.

A. hi parent I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about it because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment

Q. my one year old baby boy started slapping his own head and face from few days. sometimes he hits his own face or head with one hand sometimes with both hands. he is quite an active baby and is now a days is throwing tantrums. is it a normal behaviour ? what can I do to help him with this ?
