#asktheexpert hello dr my daughter is 4 years old she had constipation problem what can i do i have taken so many treatment for this problem but still she had constipation problem

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello give her plenty of fruits and vegetables to eat and also lot of fluid and water to drink. decrease milk if she is taking a lot. and fix a potty time daily at same time.

Give muout syrup
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Take a good care of your baby
Offer different varieties of food
