yes it's normal dnt panic  .it s normal for the baby to not pass stools daily as digestion can be different for everyone . If baby does not pass stool even upto 1 week it s not to worry. If more than 1 week and baby has discomfort can use glycerine suppository for relief.  No syrup is given for this below 2 years

Lay the baby on the back and pedal his legs . This cyclic movement will ease the bowel movement. Some babies pass stools once in four or five days while some pass even more than five times a day which are perfectly normal in breastfed babies. Touch and feel the baby's tummy. If it's hard or the baby is cranky or crying more than usual then u should consult with ur pediatrician. If not u can wait upto seven days.
