Q.

#asktheexpert Hello Dr. My child ( 10 months old) was admitted to hospital on 17th April and got discharged on 19th April 2021 with a documented moderate to high grade fever upto 103-104 F. He is also having some sort of coughing ( very low). Final diagnosis was reported as ACUTE FEBRILE ILLNESS in his discharged summary. He was tested negative for COVID. He has given IV fluids, SYP AZEE,STY MAXTRA, SYP MEFTAL P and NEXPRO Junior sachets. (attached is part of his discharged summary). These days I feel his digestion system become little weaker, he use to vomit after taking drops A to Z and has runny nose from today. Previously he use to have a good appetite and now a days,he is having very little. Dr pls advice.
