#asktheexpert hello dr….my baby is 6+ months old…so he now prefers formula milk more than breast feeding …so my question is that can I start with cow’s milk with him or formula milk is a better option?also please tell can I start with veggies and fruits purée with him now?please reply

A. hi yes you can start giving cow's milk but if it is possible for you to give breasfeeding, please continue with it avoid giving formulafeeds or external milk atleast one year age yes as child is 6 months old,you can start giving different vegetables and fruits puree
