This is the time your baby will be undergoing lots of hormonal changes and because of that there will be dark discoloration of the skin and also hair fall. No need to use any fairness soaps for baby

Maintain hygiene
Take a good care of your baby
Give adequate feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Apply gram flour turmeric mixture
Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil
