Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc

Baby ka weight increase karne ke liye important hai ki aap fat and protein rich foods include karein like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, rice water, banana, avocado, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, fish, milkshakes with dry fruits and 550-650 ml everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
