#AskTheExpert Hello Dr. my 1 year daughter stopped taking bottle milk from the last 2-3 weeks..So please suggest how we can give her as mother feeds is not enough now.

A. Namaste Mom, You can try to use a sipper cup instead would be a good idea. you can give cows milk quite similar to mothers milk, you may now prefer to give usual family foods as such.

A. You can actually make a fruit milkshakes and smoothies which would be very good option for you to give to the child and you can give it in the form of steel and steel a glass bottles or mugs with a straw that would be a better option
