as per my opinion, if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about his or her appearance because for a child it is not necessary to look Chubby,it is more important to stay happy and active then any other things.
so please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
