#AskTheExpert hello dr... mera baby abhi 1 yr ka hone vala he... mene abhi Brest feed band kr diya he aur cow milk start kiya he... par vo raat ko 1 ghante ke gap me uth jata he. aur jab bhi uthta he vo milk demand krta he.... uski nind constant krne ke liye kya kru?

U Give milk to your child one hour prior for half an hour prior to sleeping that is what is going to help be helpful because a lot of times kids feel hungry in the middle of the night which is why they break up so you give and in the middle of the night also she child wakes up give regular meal to the child on breastfeeding that’s also going to help
