Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl11 months agoA. hi warm sitz bath are best remedy for this prefer to take this atleast thrice in a day include fiber rich diet like green veggies ,fresh fruits etc in your meals drink alteast 9 glasses of water everyday
