#Asktheexpert Hello doctor Oct 7 2020 i got delivered and i have noticed when i sit and bend my neck towards downward i get pain on my back ( kinda delivery pain like nerve pulling on my back ) please tell me what should i do ? Should i consult to a doc? And if yes to which doc i should consult ? Neurologist or orthopaedic?

A. well if you ate having psin in bending the knee you for to go to an orthopedic oo. try yo taje up some weight loss ever exercise as well to that
