#AskTheExpert hello doctor my son is 7th month old now I'm very confused about the meal of my son what to give in breakfast lunch dinner...please suggest me some idea ..should I give him cerelac also

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom..cerelac is optional bit try and give more of home made weaning food. in breakfast you can give variety of porridges made up of different cereals.
in lunch you can give khichdi or dal chawal ..in dinner boiled mashed veggies can be given.
