#AskTheExpert hello doctor my son is 7 month 22 days old his last weight was 8.350 kg i unable to understand what diet should i follow so that he can get proper nutrition and his weight increase he stopped breast feeding also please help me out with diet

as per your child age his weight is normal so no need to worry about this matter
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
you can give small quantity of soji halva sira rab laddu pancakes sabudana porridge pancakes khir etc
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
