#AskTheExpert hello doctor, my son is 45 days old and his weight is 4.5kg. at the time of birth his weight is 3.3kg and when his is 26 days old his weight is 4.5kg. he is not gaining weight while he is breastfeeding properly. please tell why this is happening?

Overall The wait seems fine to me at 4:45 days or so just wait let your child completes the age of two months and after that if your child’s weight is not increased by that time when it would be advisable for you to consult your paediatrician will be the best way that you are giving to the child is insufficient and healthy
