Divya SrivastavaMom of a 7 yr old girl4 years agoA. meri beti 2 years 8 months ki h but vo bus papa bolti h aur koi word nhi bolti not even maa. but vo mobile me Dekh Ke rhymes, songs , colour 1to10 & AtoZ bol leti h, but vo aur Kuch nhi bolti like Susu potty bhi nhi btati krne me bad bhi nhi btati , khane pine ko Kuch nhi mangti. kya meri beti ko mild autism ki problem ho skti h, eye contact bhi nhi krti

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello of the baby is able to speak some words atleast then you can try to encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak and this way the child will be able to speak well and if any concern then check with your doctor if speech therapy is required
