#AskTheExpert Hello doctor my son is 2 yr9 month old he has nt started talking yet he understands everything bt does nt speak he speaks only wen he wants to otherwise he just ignores he tells rhymes and all the alphabets and numbers I try to give him more time and speak bt he's very stubborn he has gud eye contact and no abnormal behsviour plz suggest
