#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor My son ( 7 months old) when breadth some sound come it feels he has sputum( Balgam) and Whenever I am visiting doctor she was saying that lungs are clear. Does he has balgam in his throat? And I want to check with you that which food I can give to my 7 mths old baby.

A. hi 1.,yes it might happen because of congestion so you may use Nasal saline drops for this keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding and sleeping too 2.as a child is 7 months old,give food like khichdi, rice, fruits and vegetables in puree or well mashed form , homemade cerelac etc
