#AskTheExpert hello doctor my newborn baby who is 2month 20days old. she sleeps very less during day time. total sleeping hour only 11 hrs. I din give her vit d and iron drops . is it due to deficiency. how can i make her sleep better? can start vit d and iron drops from tomorrow

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. No it’s not due to any deficiency. Few kids sleep less so befire sleeping feed baby around 25 to 30 mins do baby gets hind milk and also make her sleep in peaceful well ventilated room

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello babies sleep cycle can vary especially first two to three months and is normal and nothing to worry if baby is active and make sure the baby is getting sufficient breast milk and this can help the baby to have a good sleep and nothing to worry
