#asktheexpert my baby girl is 1 year she sleeps very less i dont know the problem why is she sleeping very less

A. knw that for this. good sleep helps with brain growth .can do various sleep tricks .make baby sleep in a adequate environment and room temperature . Make baby wear comfortable clothing . Baby should be well fed at sleep time . Can sing a lullaby or play some light music . Can also swing baby in arms gently for easy sleep . Should be no disturbances in sleep .
