#asktheexpert hello doctor, my daughter is suffering from enlarged adenoid,can you please tell what should I do except surgery,she is not be able to breath from her nose so any exercise or anything is there home remedies, medicine which I can do for her for relief.

A. If she has difficuties in breathing than a stable management is needful.. better to condult ur doctir,he or she will guide yiu in more retsil manner about right treatment.
