#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, My daughter is having a very hard stool since last 3 weeks. She does potty almost every day but having lot of troubles while doing the potty. We even observed few blood stains in the stool on couple of occasions. She drinks a lot of water everyday. Kindly suggest the remedy. Regards.

please keep an eye on your child diet and remove the food which causes it.
offer fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child.
give Massage to your child daily
give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands
Encourage your child to do more physical activities
maintain good hygiene
