#asktheexpert Hello doctor my daughter is 7 months old From few days she is getting red red dots on her forehead n face today Is it due to head or food allergies I have been giving her rice moong dal carrots beans apple banana n recently started with ragi beet roots and yellow mangoes and sweet potatoes , kindly guide

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. It might be due to heat so give more liquids to the baby abd give kango in moderation abd always dial mangoes in water for sometime before cutting and feeding the vaby
