#asktheexpert Hello Doctor. My daughter is 2 years old, we feed her soft rice. 1.When can we feed normal rice? 2.Can i feed her fish, is it ok ?. 3.Do we need to reduce giving milk and start more solid food ? Please help

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. yes can start normal food to her, and can also guve non veg food too.. no any food ristriction after 1 yr of age.. limit milk intake up to 250 ml a day
