#asktheexpert hello doctor, my baby wakes up in early morning and don't sleep continuously even after feeding well, she keeps crying frequently till morning 8. what should I do? please help.

A. Babies don’t follow the same sleeping pattern as grown-ups and they do not follow the diurnal rhythm what we follow. You can try swaddling the baby or using a baby carrier will help the baby in sleeping.
