Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. gdx. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe

If it is the similar situation that means your child could probably be suffering with bloating which can happen with small kids for that you should check with your doctor any dietary alteration you need to do or any medication that’s going to be beneficial during this time
