#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor my baby is premature baby when he born he was only 850 gm. Now he is 11 month old so what is the babies height and weight. And he is very thin tell me some weight gain food.

A. Hi mom At one year weight is triple to birth weight Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
