#AskTheExpert Hello doctor my baby is 2 year old and he is continously getting sick if he is fine for one week then another week he will be sick for any reason like fever, cold, or loose motion what i have to do to boost his immune system to be stronger.

A. hi j for avoiding infections, most important is maintaining hygiene. handwashing plays important role in this. then good protein diet, vitamin c will help in maintaining good immunity. also wear weather appropriate clothing. also check water intake , as dehydration too can result in health problems.
