Ya it’s lipoma Or in simple language it is called a fat ball basically it is of no use in the body it is just a fat which is accumulated at a place which does not cause any harm since you are saying that it is moving and it is painless I am very sure it is the same but still you get a check with your doctor to have an assurance over
