Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough and Cold alobng with the symptom like Fever lvboss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Please consult your paediatrician for proper medication of this way randomly we cannot suggest you to go ahead with giving medicine right now Iron is also spreading quite a lot it could be because of a viral infection only so better be sure about it
