kids usually take a longer time to eat bit avoid them feeding whilr they watch mobile or tv, give them softer foods lie mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee
soft parathas dipped in dals
dont force feed

That’s a really long time for some1 to continue eating ..
As the child is 3 year old we can make them understand that eating for such long time is bad
Also if u are making the child eat in front of tv or mobile or tab then can be the reason for such long time..
Make a rule that food should be eaten first and then screen time..

please avoid watching TV or mobile during food time period
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please give daily sun light exposure
